The best way to describe the carved mug by Debbie Carlos is to explain how much it stands out from its peers - heftier, squatter, more textured, with more human touch embedded in it than the average coffee cup. You'll grab it every time.
Each mug is wheel thrown, using brown stoneware clay, and glazed white - the speckles on the finished product aren't actually in the glaze, they come through to the surface from the natural stoneware beneath.
Measures approximately 2.5 inches in height and 3.5" in diameter. The handle is chunky and squat - best for wrapping a single finger thru and perfect for hanging on a hook in the breakfast nook.
