Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for some of our items, but due to our specialized inventory selection the following can not be returned:

  • SMOKEWARE CAN NOT BE RETURNED due to the high sanitary standards we ensure for our customers. If you have any questions before purchasing about wether your item is eligible for return please call us at (917) 475-1832 or email hi@alcove.shop to ask. This includes but is not limited to dry pipes, water pipes, tampers and rolling papers.
  • Any items that have been removed from original packaging and/or deemed as used by Alcove can not be returned.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To make a return request, please email hi@alcove.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Proof of purchase by invoice or receipt is required. Exchanges or replacements may not be available due to the limited and custom nature of our handmade goods.

Refunds

After approving, receiving, and inspecting the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be made via original form of payment used.
